GRIP aims to increase the representation of women, non-binary, and trans individuals in sound technician roles within Norway’s cultural organizations. Developing the cultural scene isn’t just about creating a diversity of role models on stage, but also behind the scenes – in production, lighting and sound engineering, and all other essential backstage roles.
